About the Role We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who genuinely cares about users and loves creating intuitive, beautiful mobile app experiences. Our work is all about making financial services simple, secure, and accessible. We want someone who’s eager to help us do that in creative, thoughtful ways. If you enjoy solving real user problems, thinking beyond the obvious, and turning complex ideas into clean, human-centered designs, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do • Design mobile app experiences end-to-end: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens. • Work with senior designers to turn complex fintech challenges into clear, easy-to-use solutions. • Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table & back them up with solid user thinking. • Help with user research and testing to understand what our customers really need. • Create polished designs that follow our design system while pushing us to do better. • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to make sure your designs come to life as intended. • Stay curious about design trends, user needs, and the fintech landscape. Who We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally working on mobile apps (fintech experience is a big plus). • A portfolio that shows your design thinking, problem-solving, and strong mobile app work. • A genuine user-first mindset. You care about making things easy, clear, and accessible. • Creative, curious, and willing to challenge assumptions to find better solutions.
• Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Good communicator and team player, open to feedback and collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have • Experience with payments, banking, wallets, lending, or personal finance apps. • Exposure to user testing, journey mapping, or other UX research. • An eye for motion design or micro-interactions. • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design.
