Perform Ball Mill loading and unloading activities as per production requirements.
Monitor and maintain all quality parameters of Slip for both FTP and DFF plants.
Ensure smooth operation of Spray Dryer and FBC (Fluidized Bed Cooler).
Monitor and maintain Body Dust quality parameters as per defined standards.
Record and book raw material consumption in SAP accurately and timely.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to ensure consistent product quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality reports.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards in the department.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
Diploma in Ceramic Engineering or B.Sc. (Chemistry) is mandatory.
Experience in Body Preparation, Ball Mill, Spray Dryer, or Raw Material Processing in a ceramic tile manufacturing plant.
Knowledge of slip preparation, body composition, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with SAP data entry and material booking activities.
Ability to analyze process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.
Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
