Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment in the plant.
Carry out breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, drives, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems.
Monitor and maintain PLC, VFD, sensors, and control systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant safety procedures.
Coordinate with production teams for efficient equipment performance and timely maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
Participate in energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
2–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in ceramic tile manufacturing will be preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and industrial automation.
Ability to work in shifts and handle plant breakdown situations effectively.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
