Assist in development of new ceramic tile compositions and products
Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products
Support glaze formulation and body composition trials
Analyze test results and maintain proper documentation
Work closely with production team for process improvements
Monitor quality parameters and suggest corrective actions
