Project Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and deliver CAPEX projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards..
Manage installation, commissioning, and trial of new equipment..
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor project budgets and annual CAPEX plans.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors for smooth project execution.
Conduct technical discussions and ensure equipment quality standards.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to safety standards during project execution..
Maintain compliance documentation and support internal audits..
Technical Oversight
Evaluate and select equipment aligned with operational needs..
Drive process improvements and de-bottlenecking initiatives..
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare project progress reports and present to stakeholders..
Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution..
Role Specifications
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 8–10 years (3+ years in projects)
Tools: SAP, AutoCAD, MS Office
Industry: Tiles / Ceramics
