As a mid-level Outbound SDR, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, engaging C-level executives and key decision-makers across our strategic target accounts. Strategically research and identify high-potential target accounts and contacts using market intelligence tools.
Craft and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences (cold call, email, LinkedIn) to penetrate target organizations.
Qualify prospects rigorously against established criteria (e.g., BANT, MEDDPICC) to ensure high-quality pipeline.
Schedule and meticulously prepare Account Executives for initial discovery meetings.
Maintain immaculate data hygiene and detailed activity logging within Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate actively with Account Executives and Marketing on territory planning and campaign optimization.
2+ years of dedicated outbound SDR experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales context.
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly quota targets.
Proficiency with essential sales tools: Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Exceptional written communication skills for compelling email and LinkedIn messaging.
Confident and articulate verbal communication with strong active listening and objection handling abilities.
