Manage full-cycle recruitment for 8-12 concurrent roles across critical business functions (e.g., engineering, product, sales, marketing).
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using diverse channels to identify passive and active candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a high-growth in-house environment.
Proven ability to source and attract talent for complex roles across various disciplines.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a focus on candidate qualification and cultural alignment.
Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and influencing stakeholders.
Experience recruiting for a specific industry (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, Biotech).
Track record of contributing to employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing efforts.
Familiarity with HR analytics tools and data visualization for reporting on recruitment performance.
Certification in a recognized interviewing methodology or assessment technique.
