Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to manage, scale, and optimize our containerized infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating applications on OpenShift, managing CI/CD automation, and ensuring high availability across our core platform services, including API gateways, microservices, and IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Manage and configure OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) alongside Kubernetes Operators.
CI/CD & Automation: Deploy and manage applications seamlessly using Argo CD through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Database & Cache Orchestration: Configure, maintain, and manage Redis Operator deployments.
API Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain robust API Gateway solutions.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Install, configure, and integrate Keycloak to handle authentication and authorization.
Microservices Deployment: Deploy, configure, and integrate complex microservices within the Kubernetes/OpenShift ecosystem.
Operations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and proactively ensure the high availability of all platform services.
Required Skills & Experience
Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience working with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and basic administration/troubleshooting.
GitOps & Pipelines: Strong knowledge of Argo CD and automated CI/CD pipeline creation.
Kubernetes Ecosystem: Solid understanding of Kubernetes Operators (experience with Redis Operator is a distinct advantage).
Networking & Security: Practical experience with API Gateway configuration and integrating Keycloak for identity management.
Architecture: Good understanding of microservices architecture and working with containerized deployments.
