The Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for driving sales of waterproofing solutions through institutional and project-based channels. The role involves managing key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure product specification and business growth.
Develop and execute project sales strategies for waterproofing products
Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Build strong relationships with:
Builders & Developers
Architects & Consultants
Contractors & Applicators
Ensure product approval and specification in upcoming projects
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely conversion into sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
Coordinate with technical and application teams for project execution
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Education: B.Tech / BE or MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years in project sales (preferably waterproofing / construction chemicals)
Strong network in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR real estate market
Good understanding of waterproofing systems and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
