We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth for Waterproofing Products in Kanpur and surrounding territories. The role involves developing dealer networks, generating project sales, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and distributors to achieve sales targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and applicator networks.
Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, consultants, PMC's, and developers.
Identify and convert project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Ensure product specifications and approvals in ongoing and upcoming projects.
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Maintain project pipeline and sales forecasting reports.
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for site support and product trials.
Ensure timely collections and receivables management.
Conduct dealer meets, influencer programs, and customer engagement activities.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, Adhesives, Tile Adhesives, Paints, Cement, or Building Materials sales.
Strong network among dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and consultants in Kanpur and nearby regions.
Experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
