Conduct site visits, technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling
Collaborate closely with technical, application, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and risks
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting
Education: B.Tech / BE (Civil preferred) / Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Sales
Experience: 5–10 years in project sales (construction chemicals, waterproofing, or allied building materials industry preferred)
Location Exposure: Strong network and market understanding in Haryana real estate ecosystem
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings
Proven track record in B2B / institutional / project sales within construction-related industries
Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, construction methodologies, and application techniques
Established network with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors in Haryana
Demonstrated ability in specification selling and influencing decision-makers
High proficiency in technical selling, negotiation, and closing large-value deals
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and customer requirements
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of waterproofing technologies (membranes, coatings, admixtures, sealants)
Understanding of construction lifecycle and project execution stages
