End-to-end development of new construction chemical products from concept to commercialization
Design innovative formulations for admixtures, waterproofing systems, tile adhesives, and repair materials
Conduct research on raw materials to improve product quality and performance.
Drive lab trials, pilot batches, and plant scale-up activities
Work closely with procurement to identify and validate alternative/raw materials
Ensure new products meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements
Investigate customer complaints related to product performance or application
Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and site teams to identify issues
Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers and applicators
Track complaint trends and initiate product improvements based on feedback
Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in new product development and formulation
Proven experience in handling customer complaints and field issues
