About Your Role
We are pleased to have you join us! In your role as ASM / Sr. ASM – Government Projects, you will be responsible for driving business growth through government and institutional projects in your assigned territory.
Your key focus will be on developing strong relationships with government departments, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, identifying upcoming tenders/projects, and ensuring successful participation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key government departments, PSUs, and institutional bodies
Identify and track government tenders and project opportunities from early stages to execution
Ensure empanelment/registration of company products with relevant government bodies
Drive product approvals and specifications in government projects
Coordinate for tender participation, documentation, and pricing submissions
Engage with contractors, project consultants, and decision-makers for business conversion
Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to ensure project progress and order realization
Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and timely supply
Ensure compliance with government norms, tender conditions, and documentation processes
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decisions
