Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors while tracking market demand, competitor activity, and pricing trends
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors, ensuring strong relationships, optimal inventory levels, and efficient stock rotation at the channel partner level
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, project, and institutional segments while expanding market coverage and increasing outlet reach
Drive brand visibility through effective in-market execution of displays, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
Lead and manage Sales Officers/Executives by setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching to ensure high productivity and discipline
Engage with architects, builders, and contractors for project sales while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Job Requirement
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in sales (preferably building materials / ceramics / FMCG / consumer durables)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong experience in dealer/distributor (channel) management and market expansion & Knowledge of local market and language
Good understanding of project sales involving architects, builders, and contractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales reports
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
